Thread: Tracfone balance says 0 minutes, data, and texts. Is this a glitch?

    My Tracfone running Verizon is showing the correct amount of everything.

    And my Tracfone running T-Mobile is showing the correct amount of everything.

    I just checked them both a few minutes ago.

    I used the My Account app on both phones.

    All three carrier sims are now showing correct t/t/d in the MyAccount app. "Balance" to 611611 is also working.

    Same with the app on my phone, but the fastactportal still shows my TF/AT&T minutes x 10 and zero text. It got an OOPS when checking my TF/T-mo balance.

    Same Issue my fathers net 10 except not able to make calls. Zero minutes zero days. They wiped it out.

    I'm guessing that it's NOT the same issue, since nobody else reported not being able to use their service.

    Maybe, but since everyone else reporting is using Tracfone, and as far as I can see nobody else lost service, I would conclude that it's a different issue.

    Did you or your father contact Net10 to see if they could fix the service not working issue?

    My father tried, but he was confused about the questions. It took me a week of endless phone calls last time to get it fixed.

    At least last time it was showing his minutes and time available. This time shows 0 minutes and 0 days online, but his phone shows the proper info. He refilled May 2, so plenty of time and minutes.

    Personally I can't deal with this anymore from a distance. Since this is the second time in 3 months this happened I have finally convinced him to move on. Were giving it a few days to see if it works or he'll just go with another carrier.
