How Will VZW implement 5g in Suburban Hoods?

Considering the cell site density that will be required, how will Verizon implement 5G in suburban neighborhoods with all of the NIMBYs and city regulations? It seems that T-Mobile’s implementation using low-band 5g makes a lot of sense in this case because they will not need the density of cell sites that Verizon will require.

I'm not an expert on this, but does Verizon need to implement 5G in suburban neighborhoods anytime soon? I don't think 5G is intended to replace 4G in the way that 4G replaced 3G. Instead, it's meant to build upon 4G - particularly in dense urban areas, populated venues, etc. I imagine 4G and 5G will coexist harmoniously for a decade or so.

Low and mid-band DSS. No additional towers needed. Additional small cells in densely populated urban/suburban cores and shopping districts.

Let alone when (pending auctions of course) Verizon purchases C Band and CBRS that'll be used for nationwide but it'll be the main 5g of suburban and rural 5g
