New hotspot from Net 10 was briefly on TF ebay Store.

Tracfone seems to have a business relationship now with a company with Moxee. They had a new Net10 Hotspot on eBay for $49.99 and the listing seemed to be pulled

This is what it looked like.

This is all I could find on the Net10 website.

It's good to See Net 10 improving their services.

The $50 plan is a great price for 10GB.
The box indicates Verizon if that's accurate. I'd also like to know if it has all the Vzw bands.

Question. How does a HS like this or any of the basic MVNO ZTE HS's compare to using the HS function on a phone?
For an extra $25 a month you could get a decent phone plan that allows HS with more data.

Net 10 does not allow the use of personal hotspot on Net 10 phone plans right now.

Back on the old system, Net 10 had the 10 dollar plan which was only 500 mb and it was used for 14 days,

20 dollar plan only had 1gb which was good for 30 days.

Now its double the data. Seems like Tracfone is testing the waters here to see about expanding the similar pricing to other MVNOs they run or something else.

Tracfone Wireless is the only company right now that does not offer a mobile hotspot device but they do offer car hotspot service now.

I wasn't referring to Net10 when I said that for an extra $25 a month you could get a decent phone plan that allows HS with more data. Other providers do. It's a trade off thing. A phone plan with HS, or a stand alone HS device plus your phone plan that doesn't allow HS.
Unless you need a standalone HS.

I know others say different. I think these & other hotspot data plans are way overpriced.
