Cheapest AT&T Phone that supports VoLTE

What's cheapest AT&T Phone that supports VoLTE. It does not have to be new/high end phone, used one from Ebay is OK but it must support VoLTE on AT&T and it's MVNOs (assuming MVNO supports VoLTE of course). The phone may be locked to AT&T .

I would think any new cheap pre-paid phone would support ATT VoLTE.

Will they work with ATT MVNOs (I mean their SIM lock status)? I know locked post-paid AT&T devices can be used with prepaid/MVNOs, but what's about AT&T Prepaid phones?

Another question: does Motorola E5 Play XT1921-2 (AT&T version of Moto E5) support VoLTE on AT&T network?

ATT Prepaid phones will support MVNOs. But MVNO usage doesn't count towards unlocking. Looks like the cheapest from ATT directly are after discount for signing up for ATT Prepaid. Maybe Bestbuy is cheaper. Just say activate later. Should work, not guaranteed.
iPhone 11 is my current primary phone. But I have more phones than lines. Back to only Prepaid with the changes in the economy.

Yes, according to this chart from ATT that phone should get VoLTE.

It's not so much about the phones, but AT&T generally locking out VoLTE to the MVNOs.

Agree, but at some point they will enable VoLTE for MVNOs, otherwise they have real problem in 02/2022.

Is that still widespread? Earlier this year they enabled it on H2O Wireless and Red Pocket at least. On compatible phones, similar restrictions on unbranded phones as on ATT proper.

According the document...the Pixel 3 series supports VoLTE and Wifi Calling, but the Pixel 4 only supports VoLTE.
