    The TV channel that was occupying band 71 on this market was freed on 7/3/2020:

    WGNT also moved which frees up both of Dish's band 71 blocks

    T-Mobile, like other providers, has been waiting on television stations to free up channels thirty-something, 36 I think and up, for mobile phones. He's just reporting that another station has changed channels.

    Those of us who watch television OTA (over the air) have been aware of the occasional need to rescan for several years now. The transition has been delayed in some ares because of difficulty in obtaining crews to make changes, partly purely market conditions, partly COVID-19 created.

    It's, to me, valid news to post here.
