On the topic of trade in for free note 20

I am taking advantage of this offer - is the cricket wireless iPhone 7 offer still the cheapest way to get a trade in if you want to keep your old phones ? I appears to be a total of a 100 dollars plus have to port 2 numbers in which mine are tied up with google voice at the moment

you can purchase port numbers from tmobile on eBay for about $10. Unfortunately the iPhone 7 deal on cricket is now $50 instead of free. So combine with $60 plan and $10 number youre looking at $120 for the iPhone 7 to trade in. I believe ebay has used iPhone 7s for about the same price without the hassle of porting numbers and such.

While you might be right on that the condition has to be perfect for it to be worth 60 so you wouldn’t have to gamble on the condition of the phone from eBay

There's no gambling on an eBay purchase. If it's not as described eBay protects the buyer 100% of the time under the INAD policy.
