    H2O with Google Voice Problem

I installed Google Voice on my LG V35.
I bring up its dial pad and dial. I get a voice recording about a charge, and H2O dings me for 5 cents (I have their 90 day plan). And the call doesn't go through.
Is there some setting I have to change?
    Thanks.

You need to use the dialer in the Google Voice app to make calls using data (VoIP}. You probably only want to do this when connected to WiFi as data calling uses about 1 MB per minute.

Yep. Thanks. I was using H2O as the default dialer. When I corrected that, the problem was solved.
