Recent Redpocket MMS problems on CDMA?

Has anyone had problems with MMS lately? All of the sudden, my LG G5 will not make or receive MMS. I had switched the sim to a new Moto G6 (couldn't get service to work so returned it) and then back to my LG G5. Lots of time on chat and RP chat had Vz chat going too. I get the message that service is not activated on network but they insist it's set up fine on their end.

I am not able to view, add or change APN settings on my phone.

What apps do you use for texting? I use Message+ because Messaging never worked for me with MMS.

Just tested, was able to send and receive mms(attached picture) to and from my red pocket Verizon cdma service to and from my Google Hangouts account.

I used Android Messages(built in app on Android 9.0)

Correct can't send or receive MMS. Regular texts SMS are fine. I have tried both Message+ and Messages. These use the VZW data so that is the problem. My data is fine though when I turn off wifi.

Did this work previously with the LG g5?

Mms requires lte data. I had the same issue when I first got my phone(umidigi s3). Talk, regular sms and data worked, mms did not. When attempting to send an mms, I could see my lte Data being switched on momentarily before failing.

For me It was definitely an apn issue which I eventually solved. But for me, had to do some phone specific fiddling to get my apn menu visible so I don't know if it would work for you.

Yes, it previously worked with the G5. Don't know if putting the sim in the Moto G6 then back in the G5 caused a problem. I did a factory reset of phone, and the MMS still fail. On the LG G5 I can't even see the APN settings. When I click on VZWINTERNET, it just wants to edit the name. Can never just view the setting. I think this is the way the G5 is.

Update: I had RP move my plan to a brand new sim, and still same problem. I'm at a loss.

OK it didn't work but googling gave me an app to use to get to the same thing. What do I look for?

Update: I put my husband's RP sim in my phone and MMS worked. So it must be my sim/account setup?
