    H2O Wireless Moto Power phone MMI error for CCF

    I have used H20 Wireless since 2011. I am trying to set up CCF, Conditional Call Forwarding, on my Moto Power.

    I can't access call forwarding on my phone, I get a SIM MMI error.

    I have used chat support but they walked me through the codes to use which I already knew that give me the same SIM MMI error. The rep said she would have the technical support dept contact me within 24 hours. It has been a week. I sent an email to support two days ago explaining this issse with no response.

    I am hoping that an H2O representative here can get this fixed for me.

    I have looked into rather CCF is offered with H2O and according to H2O and YouMail, it has been available since 2017.

    Do you have an older phone you can swap the sim into & try activating call forwarding? If you can activate it on another phone & swap the sim it will also work on the Moto Power. Otherwise customer service will have to activate it on their end.

    My Moto G6 Play did the same thing. I had to put the sim card in a Moto G4 Play to activate call forwarding, then swapped it back to the G6 & it worked.

    I tried but it didn't work in my Moto G6, my previous phone. I have had this SIM for so long I no longer have the phone I first used it in, unfortunately.
