    2 at $180=360 then 2 activations would be $15 +15 each so total $90 plus tax on $60 10% my state $6
    I think=$96 total depending on tax per your state right hehe.

    I wish I had your luck. I shipped my phone to them on 8/1 and now it seems to be lost somewhere between USPS distribution centers in Atlanta.

    I think I'm SOL, but asking here for advice.

    I had an account that I created for referral back in Feb. Phone originally activated with a basic $19.99 90 day card. I let the phone and plan expire in May. I logged into that account today and when I try to see my rewards, the site tells me to create a new rewards account. Are the points in that account lost?

    My understanding is that an account will lose any reward points after 60 days of not having an active line.

    Ugh, I need to keep better track. Do you know if I reactive a line if my points will magically reappear?

    I doubt you will be able to get the points back. I think letting the account lapse is similar to unenrolling. This is from the FAQ:

    What if I no longer want to be a part of Tracfone Rewards, how do I un-enroll?
    You can call customer service at 1-800-867-7183 to un-enroll from the program. Please keep in mind that you will lose any accumulated points

    20,000 points to use

    Hi everybody, I have over 20,000 points in my account that expire in a couple of months. If I redeem 20K for the $300 off, can I only buy a single phone with it, or 2-3 phones that equal just over $300? Can I use any of the $300 to use towards service plans for the new phones? Is there a page on the TracFone site that details all this information? I can't find anything.

    Some "rules" about using the discount code which we learned by experience:
    * You can't use multiple codes for one order, despite info posted somewhere on TF web site.
    * Code is for one-time use, no left-over balance to use with another order.
    * If your order amount is less than the value of the code, the excess is forfeited. If your order is more than the value of the code, you can pay for the shortage with a credit card.
    * Discount code from redeeming points cannot be applied toward time cards. Let's say you have a $300 code and buy a $165 refurb phone that requires a time card, you'll have to pay with a credit card for the time card.
    * You can buy multiple phones in one order to use up your discount code.
    * Discount code expires 60 days after issued.

    Used chat on 8/12 to add my 2nd Moto G Pure bundle to my account, 7000 rewards points (not the 10,000) did appear. The chat agent did schedule a callback for me so I could get that additional 3000 points. Got the callback, was given a ticket number for follow up. Got a follow up call today, provided agent with the ticket #, was told no tickets exist for this account or that number. Could be a weekend thing or typical TF dropping the ball.

    Last time I got the 3K bonus it appeared about 3 weeks after the original 7K.

    That was also my experience earlier in 2022 when TF automatically added two phones that I ordered. 7K initially then 3K a few weeks later. I never activated them because I sold them.
