    Did Page Plus discontinue Live Chat?

    I've been trying to access Live Chat to do a phone swap and it keeps kicking me to a page with the number for phone support. Only the chat bot works, type or click on "agent" and it responds with call center hours and phone number. Logging in to my account doesn't make any difference. Tried a different browser. I've always used chat because I'm hard of hearing and I can't hear or understand the phone support people.

    Chat is still there, but you have to dig a little ....

    Go to Support page --
    Bottom right corner, there's a little bot that says 'Ask me a question', click on that --
    Click on red 'Help' button --
    Click on red 'Contact Support' button --
    Click on 'Chat with agent' button --
    Chat dialogue box should open, or the red Chat button should appear --

    Also, depending on the browser you use, make sure that you have it set to accept all cookies, and turn off any do not track function.

    Thanks, I've tried all the above. Tried several browsers as well as an iPad. See pic below; typing "agent" responds with Call center hours, clicking on "Chat with an agent" redirects to a new "Contact Us" webpage with phone and mailing info. Clicking on the triple bar brings up a menu including Agent but that also redirects to the phone support page.

    Just tried a restart, clear cache etc and even reconnected on a different network, still get redirected to Call center.

    Danged peculiar .... I use Firefox exclusively on my laptop and other mobile devices; normally have it set to block all cookies and any website tracking, but when I turn these functions off, it will allow the chat window to load up. In fact, I was chatting with Juan Carlos a little bit ago.

    Also, do you use private browsing? If so, maybe try turning that off too ...

    No private browsing. Usually use Safari on a Macbook, cleared cache, disable content blockers, same result. Tried a clean install of Firefox, same. Tried to connect on an iPad Safari, exact same result. Appears to me Live Chat is down. I guess I have to try phone support.

    Well, just tried the PP chat a couple of minutes ago, changing the browser settings as described previously, and it definitely works. Hope you can figure it out, as it can be frustrating when things like this happen ...

    I have the no chat available for another cell company. I use the PORTABLE version of Chromium with NO add-ons. Now chat works perfectly.

    I was finally able to connect. I opened a never used Opera browser on the laptop and it connected. I believe it was the default pop-up blockers in Safari and Firefox that were causing the problem because the chat window came up in Opera in a pop-up window. I left myself a note to remember for next time!

    Got my phone swap done and everything is good! Thanks for the help and replies.

    Silly question, but does the CHAT with a live agent have hour-schedule restrictions?
