    rp/gsma/att call hang up not detected



    According to the cell phone, this call was in progress for 8 hours. This makes no sense because the battery would not last that long. Also, there were a number of subsequent calls received during this time period.

    Appears a hang up was not detected properly.

    RP credited the minutes but this is a first for me.

    Btw, in case you're wondering, RP does have access to full call records. Customer service was able to provide me a .xls of all calls in the current period.

    Yep, this happened to me last week on RP ATT as well. Wiped out the remaining 48 minutes on a monthly plan. But in my case the phone only indicated one 3 minute call made that day. Hope this doesn't become a recurring problem . . . .

    I wonder if this is a volte issue....? Phone (s7 edge) is configured to use volte. One can assume if hang up button is pressed or other party hangs up, call is disconnected, not running in the background.

    Did anything reset with your voicemail recently too? At some point in recent weeks, CCF got reset to forward calls back to att vm, not the gv # configured. A ticket had to be opened to get that re-established as codes via dialer for ccf returned errors.

    Hmmm, the call was on HSPA on my plan. Never used voicemail or CCF on that line, so not sure about that.

    I keep telling ma.. You get what you pay for. Over the last 3 years, there's always been some kind of periodic issue.

    Albeit, I've had my share of issues on cricket but less so. And I pay less.. Much less (part of group plan).
