I searched the forum but couldn't find anything about plans stacking. I am coming to the end of my first month with a plan. I bought it with rewards on 1/19 and I know that it is good for 30 days. 30 days will be on 2/18 - do I add the plan on 2/18 or 2/19 or can I add it now? I will be using more rewards to pay for the next month so I haven't set up auto-payment.

Ok, I added the $15 plan this morning using rewards - tomorrow would be the 30th day and I can't tell if it stacked. I can't even tell when the plan starts/ends. Am I missing something? The 500/500/500 was just added to my balance (I took a screen shot of my balance before I added the card). I also thought only data would carry over but everything did which is good because I didn't use everything.
Whether you check your balance using the app, or TF web site, or https://www.fastactportal.com/static/balance, the Service End Date is shown along with the balances (no Start Date shown). All bucket balances (not just data) carry over as long is the phone is still active.
I did a chat with Tracfone (I'd been trying to avoid that) and that wasn't very helpful. They did say I had a plan on reserve but we kept going around and around - I just wanted to find out when my new plan pin would take affect - today (day 30) or tomorrow. I never got an answer to that - he kept saying that my plan was active. Also, to find out why it reflects my plan ending in October 2022 (they actually said that it ends October 2023 but I know that's a mistake) and, again, we went around and around so I just gave up.
