I'm the primary account for a 4 line prepaid family amount. I have 50 dollars 8gb plan. Is there any possibility of getting any promo data? I don't want to lose hd video on the new 40 dollar plan...

That's very unlikely. ATT is encouraging existing customers to move away from that plan and is no longer offering that plan to new customers.
