I merged two accounts balance and closed one... did it via chat and the CSR seems to know what he/she is doing.
Chat confirmed the merged balance, but it's not showing on the account. Website and text BALANCE to 6116111 still shows the old balance but with extended expiration date. But the TF app shows the correct combined balance?
Closed line is Verizon and surviving line is AT&T. Is this normal?
Did you do the merge today? Sometimes it takes several hours for everything to show up correctly on the website, especially when 2 networks are involved.
Did you manage to keep the surviving AT&T line without having to change the SIM?
