What happens to your data access on Hello Mobile if you exceed the monthly allowance for the under unlimited data plans? Do you get 2g access or no access at all? Is there a way to buy more data access?

once you use up your high speed data, you will be reduced to unlimited 2G data around 264 kbps.

There is a way to buy more data, to a degree.

Also, they claim you get throttled to 64kbps, which is really too slow to do anything.. so it may appear as though you don't have any data.
(Some state they've been cutoff entirely, even on the "unlimited" plans - which is really something like 20 GB)

I'm still trying to find it on the site, but I've been reading reports of support techs offering "top up" type cards.

According to HM's own TOS, the speed gets reduced to 64 Kbps.
