Postpaid without a year contract or cheap?

Are there any postpaid where I only have to commit to 4 months or less?

I'm willing to do a year contract for something cheap, though.

I am looking for something like $20/mo or less for low usage. But something not prepaid.

No data would be OK but not preferred.

I know there are some plans where you get a lot for $25/mo.

Phone contracts are a thing of the past, carriers now finance phones for 12 or 24 months instead.

If you bring your own phone/device there is no commitment you need to make to the carrier. All current postpaid plans include some amount of data, most unlimited. Not likely to find postpaid under $20. I have 2 phones on a T-mobile plan, Magenta 55 @ $35/line with taxes and fees included in that price. You are not likely to find a plan for less on postpaid and certainly not for $25 with any postpaid carrier. The only folks with plans that cheap have had them for several years and are grandfathered in. Best wishes.

More likely to find what you want on a prepaid MVNO.

    Thanks for all the information!

I thought Visible party lines were postpaid, but I guess people are saying they are in-between.

Exploring options. Have had some issues with Cricket and other MVNOs. I thought it might be cheap if I was using no data or hardly any data.

I think AT&t prepaid has a deal if you pay for a years worth of service it's $25 a month for unlimited talk text and 8 GB of high speed data

Cricket is not an MVNO. It is owned 100% by AT&T.

T mobile prepaid has a UTT + 2GB for $15 plus tax and fees. Should be under $20.
