How to check Red Pocket International Calling balance?

I hadn't noticed that Red Pocket's International Calling had stopped being "unlimited" in July of last year (2020).

See their "Is international calling free with Red Pocket Mobile?" help page at https://help.redpocket.com/hc/en-us/...Pocket-Mobile-
which links to https://www.redpocket.com/international-calling where Germany has three listings:
    Code:
    Country Minutes Capped
    Germany Unlimited
    Germany - Cellular 105
    Germany - Cellular - E Plus	29
How does one check the International calling balance to see how much is left?
The "My Lines" page their help page says to go to has an item for "International Calling Credit" with a "Get More" Button that doesn't do anything, while the "Add-Ons" link goes to a page that has one choice to add $10 to it.
But how would I know if the balance is even getting low?

If I can help it, I don't want to call them to ask. It took a 2.5 hour chat to try to get the International Calling working again this week for one of the two lines that I have on their so-called "Family Plan" (which has always been messed up for the two lines I have on it).

And how would I know what type of phone number in Germany, per their three categories?

(For fun, take a look at their versions of "United Kingdom" numbers.)

Update: I had only checked that I could reach the 1-712-775-8888 CDMA access number, that had told me I had insufficient funds and wouldn't let me even make a call. Now I can at least send the digits to dial for the international call, but now it tells me the account has expired, so I still can't make international calls. The agent created an escalated ticket for my problem, but didn't give a way to check the international balance on their web site.

This is not the first time I've seen questions about checking usage about [blank] on Red Pocket. And I confess it confuses me every time.

I'm new to RP, but...does my web portal really look that much different from everyone else's?

    https://imgur.com/a/L6MjymN

My remaining balances for everything are all listed right there, seemingly in plain sight...

I've not yet made an international call, so mine still shows the $10 that it came front-loaded with. My data numbers go down in, if not exactly in real-time, real-time-ish enough (I'll use some data, refresh the page, see the number go down). So I have to assume the int'l calling balance does something similar.

Thanks for that screen shot. My International item just has "International Calling Credit" with the word "Enable" below that. It doesn't show any dollar amount. Yet my two lines have had international calling for two years.
(Neither the "Enable" or "Get More" buttons did anything, and the agents have assured me that my balance is OK.)

So at least a properly configured user can see the balance.
But I would like to see what category of call used how much of it, since RP now has those categories.

For a more complicated case, suppose I had gotten my Filipino neighbor onto RPM years ago for the free international long distance, and now it has become this:
    Code:
    Country Minutes Capped
    Philippines 63
    Philippines - Cellular - Globe 75
    Philippines - Cellular - Other 48
    Philippines - Cellular - Smart 57
    Philippines - Manila 53
How is one to know ahead of time what category Red Pocket regards the number?
Do we have to find some number validator? And if so, why doesn't Red Pocket provide a number lookup for us?
    Is the competition this nitpicky?
Will RPM at least show us a breakdown of the minutes used per category?

And if Elite Telecom is their provider, at this link https://elitetelecom.info/ and if https://epaycalling.com/pages/index/...edDestinations is their "Unlimited calling" list, Germany is listed as "that both landline and mobile numbers included" for "unlimited" so why is RPM limiting calls to Germany?
(And there was no alert from RPM alerting me to the new terms.)

Since the answers won't come from Red Pocket, I am asking the community here.

I'm on their CDMA (Verizon) plan, and there doesn't seem to be a number to text for that.

Some more Googling found this company's more detailed (than RPM's) explanation about their relationship vs. the end user at https://www.good2gomobile.com/suppor...tional-calling
    4. Elite Telecom's Unlimited ILD Service allows You to place calls to select destinations internationally. It will not allow You to place calls to all destinations. Elite Telecom's Unlimited ILD Service is not a substitute for all international services. This service excludes calls to higher cost cellular, non-geographic and premium numbers. The destinations, which are available, may change without notice. If You want to call a destination or telephone number which is not part of this Unlimited ILD Service, You may purchase and utilize a prepaid PayGo Plan with services provided by Elite Telecom. Please see this link:
    https://www.good2gomobile.com/suppor...tional-calling
    for details.
(Please read all ten points, to see what RPM is not telling us.)

Their page does have the Terms and Conditions found at Elite Telecom's at (https://elitetelecom.info/terms.html).

And they also have per minute detail at https://www.good2gomobile.com/suppor...tional-calling that shows for Germany:
    Code:
    Germany $0.02
    Germany - Cellular $0.03
    Germany - Cellular - E Plus	$0.03
Which makes it look like RPM is really holding out on us.

Some ideas about the complexity of calls to Germany may be found at the "Skype call rates to Germany" page at http://www.skaip.org/call-rates/de which has more categories than RPM, but at least gives the list of phone codes the rates apply to.
(And it seem their "Skype call cost calculator" (http://www.skaip.org/call-rates/calculator) uses those codes.)

So their calculator could be used as a validator.

As I replied to NathanA, my screen does not show a dollar amount.

So on yours, to do see a breakdown of the international calls you made, and how much RPM debited from your credits?
And where do you see this?

FWIW, my GSMA line shows the Enable, my GSMT line shows the $10 credit.
I know you said you have the CDMA service but just chiming in.

*If I click on Enable (GSMA), I get a popup: Would you like to add free international calling to line (nnn) - nnn- nnnn?
Not Now or Confirm are my choices.

I activated service with RP GSMA at the end of July. Your experience makes me wonder when RP first started doing the international calling thing, and whether perhaps accounts that were started before that date have to request the credit, but accounts started after that date were just automatically given it.

Did you start your GSMT line more recently / after your GSMA one?

Honestly not sure what's up with OP's account. Perhaps for some strange reason they aren't able to show int'l calling balance on CDMAV.

Yes, you may be right. The GSMA line is old. The GSMT line is only about 5 weeks old.

Their "free" international calling was the primary reason I went with RPM in Oct 2018. In Dec 2018 I combined my two lines into their so-called "Family Plan" which has never really worked as advertised, causing me to spend incredible amounts of time on chat with their support. I am currently awaiting their response to an escalated ticket about my phone not being able to make international calls.
And I wanted to start this thread to see if others are affected by the newer rules governing their international calling.

And now, once again, the so-called Family Plan failled to renew and my phone can't even make calls or text. So yet another chat with RPM.
They did fix that glitch, and I also tested and found that that phone now can make international calls again.
So I am asking why the account screen only shows "Enable" rather than a dollar amount.
That answer will have to come from when the escalated ticket gets handled.

    Recapping the timeline:
Sat 08-28-21: I had a long chat with RPM about the one line that stopped being able to make international calls, that resulted in an escalated ticket.

Mon 08-30-21: My recurring renewal failled with these error messages in their event History (that I didn't see until this morning):
Error! Master line xxxyyyzzzz is . AutoRenewal stopped.
Recurring renewal FP30RPMUr event. Status:Master line status . Recurring transaction is stopped Code:2
Master line status . Recurring transaction is stopped Recurring subscription is suspended. Please fix the problem and restore subscription.

Tue 08-31-21: My chat with them to ask why the automatic renewal didn't take place, where they did eventually get the renewal to happen. The problem was all on their end, so why did I have to call?

So with an escalated ticket in motion, they suspended the line in question.
I don't regard that as good customer service.
