Your response sounds a lot like what I hear from English as a second language customer service that I am sick and tired of dealing with.

Consumer Cellular used to. I don't know if they still do.

I saw reports recently that T-Mobile has offshored their phone support with severe spoken language and competency results.

I don't have language problems with Tracfone chat support, but they don't handle billing issues.

Tello has US based support the when I used them for years before the paygo cull. They actually answer very fast as well, maybe 30 secs to one minute.

T-mobile seems to be a mix. Day time is maybe US support and night time is overseas. Had horrendous wait times about a year or two ago, where there was like one to two hour wait. Rarely contact support unless it's some SIM change/port/outage issue that can't be resolved with web/self service.

Yeah was thinking of staying with Tello, I just haven't had to call them in a long long time but the one time it was a good experience.

Does anyone know about US Mobile's customer service?

Pure Talk (USA) and AirVoice both used to have US based CS. Pure Talk was in Georgia and AirVoice was Michigan based.

You deal with Twigby via chat, but I think the support is U.S. based.

Mint does not have US customer service unless they have changed this year.
