What is the next budget phone from Samsung

I'm a loyal T-Mobile user with an aging Samsung Galaxy S6. It's showing it's age in several ways so I'd like to replace it and have been looking at the A12. It's not perfect and according to the spec sheets isn't 5G. I'm fine going budget rather than flagship. Seems if I don't have 5G I'll be behind the group pretty quickly. So I'm wondering what is coming after the A12. I like to avoid buying it and then have something better but still budget come out a couple of months later and wish I had waited. Any suggestions?

I guess you missed free trade in with 24-month credit

    Depends what's your budget

I would wait a bit, maybe get a phone with c band 5G too if spending $

if not, as mentioned above, the trade in and get free 5g phone (via 24month bill credit) should last until end of year

The 5g offer is still going on until Dec 31st.

Give them any working phone, get a 5g smart phone free. You can do this 4 times… from flip phones to your S6.

It was: samsung A32, Oneplus Nord 5g, now they are giving out the REVVL V+ 5g.

Samsung A32 is kinda 'meh', imho. Physically, it works well, has decent battery life, and hits +700Mbps on 5G.
    Downside...
    - TFT screen and adaptive brightness is slow.
    - 90Hz screen feels more like 24Hz due to ghosting / choppy panning (this may be due to processor + TFT screen combo)
    - No wireless charging
    - < 1080p display
    - somewhat bulky (may be a good thing)
    - camera/software is 'meh'.

    Upside...
    - Cheap
    - 5G + 4G LTE gives good performance
    - 3.5mm jack
    - 5000 mAh battery
    - fairly rugged plastic

If I had to compare this to my OnePlus 8/8T, its a dull slug, but has less buggy OS.

    3 wishes for this device:
    - Better screen
    - Wireless charging
    - Better cpu
That gives me ... Samsung A52, w/o the wireless charging, at nearly double the price. Motorola one ace 5G has the same processor as A51, but ends up on LCD screen, much like A32, but 1080 resolution.
    AT&T... your world, throttled.
