    Sprint Sim into GSM phone

Going hiking this weekend and don't want to damage my s20 Sprint phone. Can I place the Sprint sim into an unlocked Nokia 3.1 to use T-Mobiles main bands? I don't want to mess up up the Sprint account since it's still with cdma provisioning.

No, the device still has to be in Sprint’s whitelist, even with a T-Mobile SIM (TNX)

Tried it and sim card locked in the Nokia when trying to make a call. No issues when putting it back into the s20, the profile just updated

Sprint account SIM's (even T-Mobile branded SIMs on a Sprint plan) will "lock" when placed into another device as Sprint's billing system requires the IMEI/ICCID to match when registering.
T-Mobile: Magenta Amplified (airline employee plan)
AT$T: $50 Unlimited Elite Prepaid promo (for more “rural” areas)
