New iPhone 13 - Getting Not voLTE Compatible Message from Tracfone

I have a brand new unlocked US iPhone, purchased directly from the Apple Store. Just today, I got a message that my phone does not support voLTE, the network standard, along with an offer for a new phone...

The newest iPhones are all provisioned for voLTE, and are also 5G. The phone is whitelisted by AT&T and checks out as acceptable by Verizon. In addition, on My Account with Tracfone, the device is not flagged as incompatible; it is listed as eligible for device protection, etc.

Have others been getting these messages on new phones? Are these messages being sent out en masse? Should I contact Tracfone CS?

Since you didn't get a message in your TF account, in what way did you get the message that your phone doesn't support VoLTE? For my BYOP TF/AT&T SIM being used with a non-whitelisted phone, I got a message in my account and an email.

I got a text message from Tracfone that said that my phone didn't support voLTE - it didn't show up in My Account or in an email.

Did you recently sim swap from a device that was not compatible?

I transferred my number about a month and a half ago from a non-supported phone. I used a new SIM for the transfer, not a SIM swap.

For me, I got two email with same content (first two pictures) and one pop-up message in my TF account (last picture).

Try texting MIGRATE to 611611 and see what it comes back with.

My Samsung A32's VoLTE still isn't working but when I text MIGRATE to 611611 it says "This device is not currently affected by any network changes."
