In a few days I'll find out.
Refilling the legacy prepaid grandfathered account with gold rewards extends your expiration date only by 3 months instead of 1 year.
Anyone else have this issue?
In a few days I'll find out.
Visible (by Verizon) receive $20 off the first month. Please use referral code: 36csHv - https://www.visible.com/get/?36csHv
I will be Judged on how I helped the poor, sick & others in need; strangers & loved ones alike.
My plans:
Visible (Verizon) UTTD $25/mo
T-Mobile Gold Rewards $10yr exp 12.25.23
FreedomPop (AT&T) Target $4.99 once 100 TTD a month each 29th
In late December, I added $10 to my 2 Legacy lines, one on the new billing system and one still on the old. In both cases, I received the one year extension. I used Pinzoo direct top-up.
Several others had the same problem:

I got one year on 12/16/2021:

Make sure your Gold Rewards status shows Active, as in:

After my accounts were moved to the new platform in August, I found out in early September my expiration dates were wrong. After tickets were created, it took about three weeks for the expiration dates to be fixed.

My gold rewards shows as active.
wow, i did not know you could just pay $1 and get gold rewards extended?
this is for sure?
I'd rather pay $1 than pay $10.
some of my legacy phones have large balances that I can't use up. Would be nice to just add $1 to keep them alive.
you just login to tmobile.com
and add money through the website.
it allows you to just add $1 credit.
crap. my accounts are still f**ked.
I added $1 to my account, and it only added an extra month for expiration. new expiration date April 2022
What a waste.
one extra year did not work for me.
I just added $1 ($1.10 total with tax), and my expiration date is now 1/11/2023.
I had to log out and log back in, in order for the new balance and expiration date to display correctly.
Actually, I wasn't quite correct when I said I added $10 to lines on both the old and new billing systems. I did get the year extension on both, but I only added the $1 (+tax) on the new system.
Today I updated Block sending and receiving SMS/MMS:

My Balance Expiration was shortened from December to today + 3 months.
Correct, I paid $1 (+ taxes and fees) on 12/16/2021 and my expiration date gained one year, as did others:
https://www.howardforums.com/showthr...e-balance-quot
This morning I unblocked then blocked SMS on one of the lines, and the expiration date was changed for that line to today + 3 months.
So, just changing a feature will reset expiration date to (date of change + 3 months).
Do not bother chatting on the T-Mobile website, because you will eventually be asked to call prepaid directly.
Instead, call (877) 778-2106, then 0 for a representative.
The CSR came back after asking his supervisor, saying that they were just collecting all the affected phone numbers.
They are not even creating individual tickets because so many customers have this problem.
This is good to know, andyk88. Thanks for persisting and posting about it.
i give them 2 months to fix this crap.
