    Inactive devices removed from website

The website now only shows my current, active phone.

I never removed my inactive phones, I liked being able to see the history. But today, they are gone. (They were there several days ago.)

Anyone still seeing their inactive phones?

    Thanks!

I make a point of cleaning up inactive SIMs/phones in my accounts. Their presence only gets me to mix up the lines.

I still have the few inactive phones that I have not deleted, including my first Tracfone... last day of service 11/19/2003.

My inactive phones are all listed.

It could be worse… they could remove most of your data…. *grumble*

I've been cleaning up our two main accounts over the past several days. My other accounts I've had for years with inactive Nokia 1100's, Moto 376's, etc. are all gone, or at least inaccessible to me now. I also note that the nickname function is limiting characters to 10-13, I think. There are a lot of website changes going on right now and it seems glitches are more the norm lately

    Thank you, all!

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was one of the CS reps I spoke with in the past few days, someone also changed my contact preference to “SMS” (which I do NOT want, and I can’t uncheck it) and birth year to 1753. Whatever.

Thank you! Maybe with each customer “service” call, they increase your age… it certainly feels like I’m at least this old, after this week!

Mine has the same date. It puts that when you leave the field blank or weird.

A long time ago, it also did a service end date like that when something wasn't right.

    We are birthday twins!!

What’s odd is… it had my correct birth year a week ago.
