Meijer supermarkets seem to be moving from 'buy a card with a scratch off PIN code" to "scan a QR code to update the phone you use to scan the code", which doesn't help much when you want cards to activate phones with.
Fortunately Office Max and Staples seem to be well stocked with 60 unit cards still.
