iPhone 13 Mini on a Verizon-based MVNO

I'm looking to purchase a pre-owned 13 Mini and intend to use it with an existing MVNO account. Our service is Verizon-based. If a device is advertised as unlocked, should it work with any carrier regardless of CDMA, GSM, etc? The one I've got my eye on appears to be model A2481.
