Question Is it possible to back up or open text messages from Freedom pop messenger after losing service?

I had Freedom pop service a few years ago which required you use their messenger app for sms text but due to them changing providers I was forced to switched over to ting mobile

Ever since being moved over I have been unable to open messenger because it cannot find an account and stays stuck on the loading screen.

I can see by the space it takes up on the phone it has my text and data saved locally, is there anyway to bypass this account check or backup the sms data so I can look at my old text messages?

Since it's been a few years, it may be difficult to accomplish.

You could maybe try submitting a help request on their page - https://support.freedompop.com/hc/en...droid-and-iOS- - it just may be your lucky day if they do actually help you out!

Also, I think FreedomPop accounts can still be logged into, even if you have stopped being their customer. Maybe try a browser login, instead of the app.
