I cannot figure out if this promotion is still running:
https://www.t-mobile.com/news/offers...off-your-phone
If it is, I have co-workers who would make out MUCH better by upgrading their iPhones before switching from ATT/VZ to T-Mobile.
Does anyone know if this expired?
Thanks,
Dan

Thanks - I tried to get everyone to switch last September when multiple deals were accessible via Costco and Best Buy - they can't seem to navigate the offers when interacting directly with TMo. This link will help me get them the best available deal.

I think the value here depends what they have now. Also note that the device has to have been on a payment plan for at least 90 days for the Keep and Switch promo. So you can buy a phone today but you can't switch for 90 days.
That said, if they have reasonably modern devices they can probably qualify for the new line device promo from T-Mobile. So they could for example trade an iPhone X for an iPhone 13 and just pay tax after bill credits. They would also qualify for a $200 port in rebate promo per line (for up to 5 lines) from T-Mobile (which can't be combined with Keep and Switch described above).
There are similar promos with Samsung devices, and they offer a bunch of other deals on other Android devices including the Pixel for $99 at the moment. Each of these should be eligible for the $200 rebate card promo.
Yeah, if they are using older devices, this may not be as good of a deal. Also, this is bill credits which would stop (and the balance would be due) if the service was discontinued.
