    How to contact Official Tracfone Forum Administrator

    I registered on the official Tracfone Forum website (tracfoneforum.com) but when I try to logon to it I get a message

    "The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator. "

    How to contact the administrator? They don't say how to do that... anyone have an answer?

    Additionally, they do provide a link to Resend activation e-mail and when I use it they provide a message that the request has been sent BUT no activation email ever arrives.

    Thus my question remains how to contact a Tracfone Forum administrator when you can’t login to the site?

    Yep, the Tracfone Forums have been dysfunctional for years. It never was truly interactive, with the responses coming from bots using PM messages. Real customer service has always been from user managed places like HoFo and Turk Forums.

    Like I said on reddit to you, you are better off just asking your question elsewhere because their forum mods/admins just point you to their support phone numbers via private message only. They do not really want to help.

    So you can just post your question, on this forum, reddit, or Turk Forums.

    Maybe you can PM the forum lurker AlexTrac and ask if he knows the status of the forum there? He hasn't posted since 2017 but logs in regularly.

    He still sends generic PMs offering "help" to those that post issues here. I got one recently.
    iPhone 11 on Tracfone/VZW.

    I also got a PM yesterday regarding my "vanished" points. The message is generic and tells you to Chat with an agent or call
    in to resolve the issue.
