Website down - apparently for days.

Trying to add data and can't get past the login screen on the website.
Down detector has numerous complaints from others.
Is there a workaround?

Try other browsers or try the Tracfone My Account app on the smartphone.

Thanks. No joy on different browsers or different computers but I downloaded the app and could get in.

Any transaction thro the app that requires re-direct to the website would not work.

I am using Chrome and was able to access my Tracfone account via the website.

The rewards site gives an error when trying to logon to that.

FB page is a morass of livid people.
I am really thisclose to jumping ship.
Can't do anything through the app except see balances; it sends me to the nonworking website for purchase-related actions.
I did find a way to get the chat page up by directly going to
https://www.tracfone.com/support/contact-us

without trying to log in first.

Haven't actually chatted yet.
Will report back.

No problems for me getting on the website and into the cart using Chrome. My Account app works too.

I can't login on my home network. Using mobile network I can login, but then get errors on every page. The app works to login and even view balances on both wifi and cell, but haven't tried redeeming.

I was able to redeem points for a plan through the app. I received an error message, but the points total went down and the plan was added. I also could not log onto the rewards site with Chrome.

I used iOS app to 'Add Airtime for a Friend' and it worked fine (redeemed 2,000 points for a 90-day basic plan).

Interesting. A few weeks ago I tried to use this and it ended up redeeming points out of my friends account (not mine) twice -- I went back to the website which back then worked correctly to redeem points for a friend from my account.

I guess if Verizon wants their subdivision to make any money they'll get the website right promptly! When you can't go online on a Chromebook and see what they have phones to offer and get in your account and do stuff correctly I guess they don't want you doing business with them no more! How long have they had the new site for?

Login not getting past the user name screen even after passing the captcha on any device, or any browser.
I contacted Tracfone about this yesterday after (3) days of not working. Got a scheduled call back today.
Their story still is that they do not know any reported issues with the website. I explained that is the problem, I reported it yesterday and it is not being counted.

The Tracfone App still works fine.

THis morning the Tracfone iOS app is showing a blank page when I click "My Rewards". It worked yesterday. I tried installing the Android app and it's doing the same thing. My Rewards has been broken on the web for several days. There currently seems to be no way to earn or use Rewards.
