Galaxy s10 green screen?

ok- we've got a s10 , If it's plugged in,when trying to open the start screen it holds on a screen that's blank,to half is green,going darker to black at the bottom,forcing me to hold the button longer to get the main screen up. What should I be looking at here, is this something that's happening to others? If it's not plugged in, it happens but less often (or as quickly)

Just curious, have you turned the phone off and back on to see if it still happens? Funny as it may seem, that is the first step in troubleshooting such issues.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7+ tablet that seems to be having a similar display issue periodically in just the past few days. I did have a recent system update and I wonder if it might be causing the issue.

Did your phone get any recent Android updates?

FWIW: My Samsung Galaxy S21 is not having the same problem.

Yes- tried the on/off thing numerous times.... I need to check for updates thanks for the info
