How much of a speed difference would I notice upgrading to unlimited extra vs starter that I’m currently on, like in a congested area, how much faster would I really notice, is it worth it to get unlimited extra just for the premium data? I could care less about the hotspot as I rarely use it if at all

I use the value plus plan on AT&T, which has the same priority as starter, and I rarely ever have an issue with congestion or throttling. But that’s just my area. If you don’t care about hotspot then this plan will save you $15 off starter. I’m sure extra would give you some more speed, but if your speed is already good why pay more? I don’t know your situation so if you’re dealing with congestion, then you might want to upgrade to extra.
