S7: Keeps connecting to wrong wifi even after i hit Forget

i'm on a cruise ship and have unlimited wifi but only 1 device.

i login with my laptop and use the laptop's hotspot feature so i can also have wifi on my phone.
well, s7 keeps connecting the ship's wifi even after i hit Forget.
i connect to laptop hotspot and it then keeps changing to ship wifi a few sec later no matter what i do.

Any help?

I'm not sure I understand. But maybe change/edit the phone Wifi PW so it's wrong. Then it won't connect.

so i think i figured out the problem.
the phone keeps disconnecting from the laptop wifi after a few sec for some unknown reason so then it connects to the ship's wifi.

i rebooted my laptop and all is well:
laptop connects to ship wifi.
my phone connects to laptop via laptop's hotspot

There is no password to the ship wifi.
After you connect to it, then you run your browser (ie: chrome) to log in.

The browser will automatically redirect to the login screen
