    Can't activate on TF website today

    Attempts to move a line from a TF branded phone to a BYOP iPhone foiled today.

    Website keeps saying it can't do the move after entering SIM and IMEI.

    Tried both Verizon SIM and TMo SIM.

    Anyone else having issues?

    Did one this morning no problem.

    Hmmmm... ordered a new SIM, in case that is the problem

    Tried again today on the website. No go.

    Used chat and the CSR disabled the old phone before claiming that I should use the existing SIM card that's paired with the new phone. I said which one? She wouldn't tell me.

    So, for some reason TF seems to think the phone is paired with its old SIM card. I was under the impression that TF Verizons are trash after you transfer out.

    Anyway, she set up a callback from corporate and they were able to attach the new SIM card to the phone. Took longer than usual to activate ~30min. Had me worried for a while.

    So are we supposed to keep old SIMs now?
