    Cheapest esim plan for calls/text/data

    Folks,

I use an iPhone 13 mini with the following:

    • RedPocket GSMA esim
    • German prepaid esim
    • DENT data esim
    • work number on physical sim

The iPhone 13 supports dual esim OR esim and physical sim. I leave my main RedPocket esim on all the time and turn on/off the other esims or physical sims as needed. Everything works great.

I have a cell phone number I keep on RedPocket GSMT on the annual $30 ebay plan that I'd like to move to an esim on my iPhone mini. That way I could have all my cell numbers on one phone and turn them on/off through settings and not have to swap the sim cards.

What is the cheapest esim plan available, preferably either T-mobile or AT&T? I know RedPocket has their $60 annual plan on GSMA and GSMT. Is there any other esim plan that is cheaper? THanks.

    Eric

The iPhone 13 Mini eSIM is listed as supported on Red Pocket. Couldn't you just move your current $30 plan to eSIM with them?

I'm (more or less) asking because I'm not exactly sure how this works.

    According to their website:

eSIM is available on the GSMA network. eSIM for GSMT and CDMA is not yet available.

So that eliminates the option of moving the $30 plan to an eSIM.

h2o pay as you go plan at $10 every 90 days ($9 with autopay)? However taxes and additional fees are extra. Thanks to the prepaidcompare plan finder, I suppose that could be the cheapest esim plan. This is on the ATT network.

    jboard55,

Thanks for the suggestion for h2oWireless. That would work out to $36/year. Not bad. The number I want to move to an esim I don't use that often, so the $0.05/minute would work. Thanks.
