D/l music player--delete fac. player

I was having a bit of trouble w/ new edition of FooBar. I deleted it and was searching for another "player". Every time I tried to install one, I get a pop-up asking to delete an number of apps?? The "player" is 4.8 Mb and I have 200 Mb available. Doesn't matter what player I choose, I get this pop-up and cannot install anything. Obviously, I can't play any music on this device.. BTW....is there a site I can go to and get an earlier version of FooBar?

Well your phone has decided it's full. That's the fact. Looks like you'll have to delete some data, idk how much. But I do suggest rebooting because maybe your phone will recognize it's true storage size.

Is that the total memory capacity of the phone, or is that the reported memory available? What make/model phone?

Thanks for replying. Yea, I get that phone has decided it's storage is "full", but we know that's not the case. How can I access that other 200Mb? Oh, tired to find notification 'off" (downloads) and wasn't able to locate it.

EVERYONE: I did find an earlier version of FooBar, but that was on the comp's. internet. Google Play store, obviously, did not have access to archived versions.

RE: zapjb You know, I've tried, several times and methods, to get this phone rooted. IDK, but think there's something with the "GO" editions that causing problems/preventing "root". [SKY Elite P55MAX;;;Android 11 "GO"edition]
