Calling Verizon about a TracFone problem?

Has anyone ever called Verizon (*8899) about TracFone service issues ?

I doubt that a Verizon rep/store will help a TF customer. To them, we're the redheaded step children.

I kind of figured that, just wondering if anyone ever tried.

I have a TF flip that the service ran out back in July (mother in-law) been trying to get it reactivated but chat has not been any help

In Oregon, I went to a Verizon storefront and they helped get my Pixel 3 XL up and running. I was so happy,I slipped the guy $20.

Never was in/on an account.

But I did try to add it to mine but TF app wouldn't allow it.

Buy a card, activate phone. You might end up with a new phone number.

Flips with service (hsn) are cheap, why not just buy another one

Odd, how old is the phone, Like said above, Flip phone with 1 year service are cheap on HSN. Might be time to start over.

Orbic Phone was new in March it was a free Verizon 3g
replacement from TF
