Ordered one with points as I decided it was one of the better Androids to get for now.
Really hoping this version is 6GB RAM and can be unlocked in 60 days. Hoping it's not the Verizon one with limited bands.
Anyone else get one to confirm? Guess I'll know in a few days in any case.
Still think there's way, way, way too many versions and way too many Moto phones in general. Wondered if anyone here got one of these and can confirm specs.

Not different models, but rather different years (updated) of the same Moto model.

True, although I think you also found what I had on the deals thread a while back that there's a 4GB variant and there's also a Verizon one with limited bands. All 2022.
Will post what I know when it's here next week. Yes, that was the one. Seems to me to be a good choice for now. Prefer headphone jack and actually also prefer LCD. Just wish it was a little smaller but I'll live. As for updates, I'm glad to see they're saying 3 yrs for security patches even if they are every other month. Any improvement on that front from Moto is way overdue.

The thread title sounds like the phone has 2022 of RAM. I realize that such a configuration is not possible, but just saying......

Not sure I can edit the title. I think the name of the phone is a little much. Adding anything to that is going to look weird.

The listing says it has 128 MB of storage, all the 128 MB phones have 6 MB of RAM. Sold on TracFone website it will be locked to Verizon/TracFone.

Just opened mine. It's 4GB memory same as the 21 version I have. Sad how TF offers the least capable variation of phones. Like, Iphones, only 64GB versions.
I have no way of determining whether it has band 71 support. I hope so, as I may use in on "native" TMobile once it is unlocked.

Yep, I remember all your research. Thank you. I just thought I would report that the TF variant is in fact only 4GB.

Ugh. That's extremely disappointing. So does the sticker on the box day 4 128 near the top?
Apparently Google Fi lists theirs as 4GB as well. Reducing 2GB to 6 is one thing. Half the RAM of retail, especially when asking $270, is just not right. It should be listed for a whole lot less. Then again, since Moto doesn't put too much extra on a phone it might run halfway decent, but not nearly as smoothly as with more RAM.
If this is what mine ends up as, I have to wonder - what do they do with returns bought with rewards points? Would they give credit for another device, or anything worthwhile?
