Nope. TF-sold phones (except iPhones) have that splash screen built into their firmware and you can't get rid of it.

I just did a factory reset on an old S7 bought from Tracfone that I am going to sell. After the reset when the phone is started a screen still appears with the Tracfone logo. Is there any way to remove this screen? I have already removed the Tracfone SIM from the phone.

The Samsung U1 models that Tracfone sold does not have Tracfone splash screen too.
Like my S20 FE 5G which is G781U1, I bought it during Black Friday 2021 from Walmart as a Straight Talk branded phone. It never had the Tracfone splash screen.
I'm still using my TF branded S7. Bought it February 2020, as reconditioned. I love this phone!
I have a high balance service on it and am starting to think I should move that service to a newer phone, in case the S7 dies and I can't recover the service balance.
