I've climbed a cellphone tower
I unlocked a TracFone (Verizon) Moto G Play and transferred the line to another phone.
I have a different line on a TracFone AT&T BYOP SIM that I'm using in an AT&T Prepaid phone.
I would like to move the SIM to the Moto G Play, but I'm a little concerned that TF might object.
Has anyone else done this?
I don't want to lose the number or brick the phone.

You can SIM swap AT&T (or T-Mobile) up until the time Tracfone stops it... without ever announcing the change.
Anyone with AT&T or T-Mobile service should check frequently for TF to have de-activate the phone unexpectedly, so they can then switch you to Verizon service. They want to retain you as a customer, but that will not stop them from trying to get you to buy airtime to re-activate with the Verizon service.

You can move TF/AT&T/BYOP sims at will. I have done this many times. Just do it. Don't involve CS to mess up what AT&T allows. The Verizon restrictions are a TF-only obsession for some reason.

Just to clarify, I know I can move the Tracfone BYOP AT&T SIM to any unlocked phone or AT&T phone.
I'm just leery of moving it into an unlocked Tracfone.

Yes some of my long ago unlocked TF branded phones have had dozens of SIMs swapped through them, maybe half of them TF BYOP SIMs.
I have started tracking which was the original pairing, but doubt that will ever actually be needed
Using AT&T GoPhone Sim with unlocked Rogers phone?
