unlock oneplus nord n200

I got a text that says my phone is eligible to unlock.

My phone is the free oneplus nord n200 on the legacy gold plan.

I sign into my account, but it does not show the unlock status like it says it should below the image. The image is not available.

Do I have to call them at 611 to request the unlock code?

I cannot check an N200 that I gave to my nephew, but I have not gotten any text about unlocking for my other N200 phones on Legacy Pay As You Go.

On each N200, under Settings > About device > Network Unlock, I see:

Status: Locked

X Device must be active for 365 days or met refill of $100

I activated my phones on 04-09-2022, so not 365 days yet.

I just refilled $1 last month, not meeting the $100.

I check the phone and it said same as your phone that it did not meet 365 days or $100 refill.

I refilled with $1 too so won't meet the $100.

However, the text dated 5/3/22 says: Your T-Mobile device has met unlock eligibility. To request your unlock code, please call 611. Learn more: t-mo.co/unlock3.

I don't know when I activated the phone.

When I do try to unlock the phone do I have to call them at 611 to get a unlock code or can you get the code from the website?

Most of the Android devices do it through the settings menu so you don't do it through a code anymore. At the link you posted it says:

Swipe up on your Home screen to open your Apps list and follow the steps for your manufacturer:

Samsung: Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Network Unlock

OnePlus: Settings > Wi-Fi & internet > SIM & network, then choose Advanced or Network Unlock

LG: Settings > Network & internet > Mobile networks > Network unlock > Continue

Motorola: Settings > About phone > Device unlock > Continue

T-Mobile REVVLRY: Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Network Unlock

TCL: Settings > System > About phone > Device Unlock

CAT / Nokia / Wiko: Settings > About phone > Device Unlock


Select Permanent Unlock and wait while the device completes the unlock.

Restart the device.
