I have an abundance of airtime, talk and data. However, I need to replenish my texts every few months. In the past, I've gotten promo codes from the tracfone reviewer site that add 1000 texts to the 1000 purchased for $5.00. I've noticed that there have been no new promo coded for texts on tracfone reviewer since one that expired last September. Has Tracfone stopped issuing promo codes?

The ones for smartphones have been dwindling over the last year. I used to use them for bonuses on the Talk and Data add-ons, but it has been many months since they all expired. TracfoneReviewer is not up to date. Turk actually tests the Promo Codes.

Yep, codes now only apply to newly purchased cards/plans. I have not bought a card in years, and keep topped up with add-ons only. I think Turk does not list many of the codes from the Tracfone website, as he found they did not work.
