Loyal rewards member points

I got an email yesterday saying I got 350 points for being a loyal rewards member for 18 months. But I don't see it anywhere in my account. When do these points show up? They are not in the pending points either.

Same thing happened to me late last summer. Points eventually showed up maybe 10 days later.

In Rewards, click on the Activity tab. That will show points earned and points vested and available to use. I don't recall how long loyalty points take to vest - 60 days?

Nothing under activity. Will just have to wait and see I guess.

I had similar experience. Figured out that the email comes long before the date they give you the points. Check when you joined and it will be added based on that date. Also I think it takes 10 days or 2 weeks to mature once pending.

I got 300 loyalty points on 12/26/2022 (didn't get an email about it). As of a few days ago on 1/24/2023, they were already included in the Available points. So it took less than 30 days, maybe 10.

I got 500 pending anniversary bonus points a few days ago after receiving the congratulatory email 1 or 2 weeks ago.

I'm waiting for it to vest so I can get an 11k points $100 code.

Boy those Anniversary points are a welcome bonus especially since the other opportunities to earn big points have dwindled to just the normal 240 per month. The past week or two though the Spin has given me 5, 10 and 25, all on the same account. Unfortunately it's the account with my MIL's ACP account and I can't redeem them to other accounts because I have the same issues others have redeeming to different phone numbers.

The anniv bonuses are pending for 10 days.

Yup my 500 anniversary bonus points became available this morning. Vested on the 11th day.
