Data Only Plans, why is this so difficult?

I'm struggling to find a best 4G/5G data-only plan, hopefully on the T-Mobile network. Maybe AT&T.

I have a Cudy 4G home router for my RV and house, but not sure where the data-only plans are. T-Mobile mentions their data-only SIM card under their hotspots (For $90.00) but can't find any details.

The best I'm seeing is Mint's 10GB and 15GB voice/text/data plans, having hotspot data caps at the full plan data(I'm reading in here https://www.reddit.com/r/mintmobile/

I could live with 10 or 15GB to start with but wouldn't be easy.

RedPocket chat support is telling me they allow the full 25GB or 50GB plan hotspot access, but can't find it in print...

    An guidance greatly appreciated.

Aren't those intended for a single location? So you can't take it along in the RV.

I use Visible hot spot when I travel to watch TV (FUBO & ROKU) and to connect to my tablet. Unlimited for 1 device at 5MB. $30

You mention "maybe AT&T" but I don't see your Cudy device on their whitelist, so you may have to stick with T-Mobile anyway.

it is not intended for use in a hotspot, is postpaid instead of prepaid and you need a business account but you may want to look at this thread:

    Thanks everyone.

The T-M home Internet device doesn't have a port for external antenna(s) as do many 4GLTE/5G routers.

Yes, RedPocket does give the entire data as hotspot data. My roommate and I have been using RedPocket (AT&T) for home internet for almost a year now, maybe longer.

BTW, if you are interested in signing up for their monthly plan, PM me for a referral code. When you place an order, the code will give you $25 off any plan priced over $25, and $7.50 off of any plan priced less than $25/month. It's supposed to give the same discounts to me too but so far I haven't seen anything from RP even though people have used my code. I'm too chicken to take it up with them though, because all other prepaid home internet plans are pricier and I don't want RP to mess with my current plan.

Oh, and I just checked my notes, and found the link where it says on RedPocket's website about hotspot usage. I too only believe things only when I see them in print, so I had made sure about hotspot usage before I had signed up with RedPocket. I also have a Chat transcript where the chat rep told me that the entire data allotment is available for hotspot. Yeah, I like to make sure!

All of the RP plans allow full data use for hotspot.
