Verizon blocks a single website for me-texas.gov.

    I use a Verizon mifi.

It has somehow blocked texas.gov which is the state of Texas official website. This has worked before in the past using the same setup.

It does not work using the mifi and:
-MacBook Air using Safari, Chrome, or Firefox
    -Iphone
    -Ipad
    -Linux PC

It works on all these devices when connected to another wifi or I use my ATT LTE cell phone. I have tried rebooting the hotspot. I cleared my Mac cache.

    Ideas?

“Safari can’t find the server” is the message.

I looked through the jetpack settings as suggested. I have a different model(8800L)than the link and don’t have a screen that blocks specific sites. I looked through every setting.

try resetting the mifi back to default factory settings - https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-220943/

Sometimes a VPN or alternate DNS might help.

If you haven't done so yet, I would reach out to that internet site to see if they know of an issue with some devices accessing their site. They may have an alternate, back door-type connection available for you.
    Just another day in paradise.....

Yeah, I was thinking maybe OP's IP was blocked for originating spam, since IPs are shared between so many devices nowadays, and often innocent users get hurt by spammers on their shared IP.
