FYI I have screenshots of before showing the old expiration date in the app and a screenshot showing a new expiration date. Even texting 611611 shows no additional data added.

I bought the $20 unlimited smart phone plan and never got my 2gb data as I paid for. Although the service date updated. Trying to chat with them and I am 76 in their queue. Anyone else having issues getting the data they paid for with their plan?

I just got dismissed by "Marvin" who claims they don't have the tools to help me in chat and asked me for a different call back number. If anyone has corporate numbers I would appreciate it.
data usually shows up late, I'd check after 30+ mins
I have these in my notes:
305 715 6500 x 1029
305 640 2000 x 1029
800 626 4883 x 3324
Agree that it has taken up to an hour for all balances to update on a refill. Just TracFone things. It also sometimes just does fail and then it's a pain to convince someone at TF because there is no real way to show balance before or after the refill
Tldr give it some time and hope for the best
Yes it can take time to show up.
Where are you checking?
In the app, do you see a See More textlink next to your UNL bucket listing
If so, that should show the "behind the scenes" PAYGO buckets, which are separate from UNL and "in reserve" until you reach the UNL end date.
Except for data which can be drawn concurrently.
Bit of a mess, but now most of my lines make sense
And now... My phone shows no service. Gawd this is turning out to be a nightmare. The issues started when adding airtime. I can't just call TF Customer Support when working. They don't pickup quick enough on my lunch break.
Chat goes until 11 EST
get in the queue say by 10pm
I gave up with chat because I felt I could get nobody. But the good news is this resolved itself and the data was added around 3am this morning in California. I'm suspecting that the other thread I created about the outage may have contributed to that problem.
