My HSN purchase experiences, including coupon use, have been fine. I go the phones, new in box, with the promised included service and accessories.

I was reading the posts on other online forums in which people have related horror stories about ordering stuff from either HSN or QVC. So I was just wondering if anyone on here has ever had a bad experience with HSN/QVC.
I actually ordered a Tracfone from HSN last week. I ordered through their website, and I applied the coupon for $10 off, but when I submitted the order, the coupon did not go through. So afterwards I actually had to call the customer service line in order for them to discount $10 from my order.
It took 6 days for the phone to arrive. The phone case that it comes with is very thin and I can tell that it's not going to protect the phone screen at all. So if I were to accidentally drop the phone, the screen will surely crack. I'm gonna have to buy another case from somewhere else.
Aside from those couple of hiccups, my experience with ordering a Tracfone from HSN was alright overall.

I have purchased 3 or 4 TF phone bundles from HSN over the last few years. Never had a problem with activation. The only issues I have experienced have been with tracking. Although I have an account and am logged in for the purchase, because I use PayPal which has a different email associated with it than HSN, I lose tracking visibility thru my HSN account. You can call HSN and they will link the PayPal email to the HSN account or just use the tracking number in the confirmation that is sent to the PayPal email address.
As far as the bundle...the case is worthless and I have a drawer full of car chargers.![]()
I must be on the HSN/QVC "Naughty List". I've tried to order phones from them a few times. The order goes through, I get a confirmation email....then a few hours later I get a email saying " your order has been canceled".
I don't use the new customer coupon.....its canceled.
I use a friends mailing address....its canceled.
I've given up.
Purchased several over the years; never had a problem. Concur with the usual advice-- activate via chat, confirming account balances.
I have never had any issues with HSN purchases. I just came across a good deal today for a Samsung A23 5G. It is $140 with the usual 1500 min/txt/data for one year, also includes the ear buds accessory. Very good specs and reviews on this device.

So long as I stick with the first email address /account I created, no problems
What happens if you don't use that original email/account? Do they cancel the order?
I've tried checking out as guest, creating an account...and they always cancel it.
I think I may have ordered something years ago from them (we're talking 10-15 years ago). Do I need to find that account/email?
Yes that will likely be the fix.
Give their CS a call, ask if they can identify your "correct" account based on the shipping or billing address.
I have ordered three over the past few years with no problems. I don't try to scheme to get the new customer discount again.
Yes, the included case isn't worth much, but it is better than nothing until I get a good case for them. I don't need another car charger.
They don't ship fast, but this isn't Amazon Prime. A week is fast enough.
I just ordered a new one today. I'm movin' on up to 5G. Getting a new one is more about needing more service time.
