Question about Tracfone $200 year plan, unlimited text/Voice + 24G data, please ?

Does this year plan allow data roll over ? Say, using this plan nearly a year, there are still 2G data left, if renew to the same plan next year, the new balance will be 26G data (24+2) with unlimited text/Voice.

Yes, it rolls over. However, when I renewed an annual plan on top of another annual plan, I did not get the full 12 month extension, instead it extended me 12 months from the time I renewed, but I did get the full GB left. When I contacted TracFone they gave me a bunch of lies that it would automatically fix itself at the end of the year.

So YMMV with TracFone, but in theory it should add +24 GB and +12 month to your expiration date each time, just like the regular monthly plans will give you +1 month and up to +8 GB depending on which plan you choose.

Like pitflyer said, that's how it should work in theory, but I also had a problem. I stacked a one year plan to another one year plan, and the expiration did include both plans. Then I redeemed points for a one month unlimited plan (from an account with a line that was about to expire). It looked like it added the service date and expiration correctly. But when the one month ended, everything went to zero and I could not make a call or text. Instead of restoring the unlimited plan, the agent gave me 9999 minutes and texts, and restored the correct data amount. I won't go back to unlimited again on any of our family's lines.

SlowLoris, thank you for your input, their service is malfunction, I had some problem before, it took a while to fix it.
