No way to contact Boost for over a week now! Apparently Charlie has been hit with ransomware. So my dilemma is getting a Port-out Pin.
I have read that some have used Pin #123456 with success so I tried that with Google Voice and message on Voice says: "Account information verified. Voice is porting the number."
This is day #3 since that request and it hasn't happened so far. Boost will bill me (auto pay) again on 10 March
Any comments or suggestions?

Yep, Just got this from GV:
"Oops! Issue with your Google Voice Number Porting Request
Inbox
Your request to port 555 555 5555 has encountered an error.
Please login to Google Voice to update your information and resubmit your request."
The 12345 pin didn't work and I'll probably be a hostage for 3 more months.![]()
I helped a friend port out of boost last month, we called in and got a pin # from CS.
Did not jive with any numbers on account or sim.
Filed a complaint with FCC and 2 days later Boost replied with apology and included my Xfer Pin. Thank you, Mr. Simons.
I'm porting to GV hoping to avoid future drama and will forward calls to my Boost replacement service MobileX on a 30 day trial and hopefully a permanent home for me.
Port out complete!!![]()
