Pixel 6 Pro front (selfie) camera cloudy

This isn't a Tracfone issue, but I thought I'd post the question here as this is a knowledgeable group. My Pixel 6 Pro front camera is cloudy both for photos and video calls. All I can find online is that it's a software issue, but as far as I can tell, all of my updates are current. Any ideas? Thanks!

I hate asking the obvious things, but is there any protective film that covers the lens, or the lens is dirty?

Do you have any screen protector that is covering the camera lens?

Any chance water or other liquid got into the lens? If yes, put the phone face up in the sun to get the liquid to dry out. Some people said they had good luck drying out a phone by putting it inside a zip lock bag with dry rice.

Did you drop the phone at any time? Even on a soft surface?

I am wondering if your phone's front camera was poorly built, and having some type of separating issues.

I did have a small drop recently, but not sure that was the cause. Thanks, all, for your suggestions!
